The Baison G24C is a highly automated tube laser cutting machine capable of processing round, square, and specially shaped pipes. Featuring a laser power range from 1500 W to 6000 W and compatible with tube diameters spanning 10 mm to 240 mm, it delivers both versatility and precision. Equipped with automatic loading and unloading systems, intelligent chucking, and flexible tube handling, it maximizes productivity while minimizing waste.

Semi Automatic Loading System
The G24C utilizes a climbing exchange technology, allowing for quick platform switching in just 10-15 seconds. When the platforms are exchanged, they maintain the same height, which greatly saves exchange time and improves cutting precision.
Follow-up Unloading Rack
Standard equipped with a follow-up unloading rack, it effectively prevents sagging and swinging of cut workpieces, ensuring cutting precision.
Excellent Bevel Cuts (Optional Extra)
Optional bevel cutting capability can be equipped with bevel cuts from -45° to +45°. Depending on the part geometry, simple V- and X-seams can be cut, as well as more complex V- or K-seams.
